What does a Class mean on Cashtivity?

A Class is a session of a Challenge that you can conduct with your students. It has a unique class code attached to it, and is limited to a maximum of 35 students.

I teach more than one classrooms. How do I use Cashtivity with all of them?

Just select the number of classrooms you teach during the payment checkout– simple.

What happens at the end of the trial or paid plan?

We will email you with a reminder before your trial or paid plan expires. When your plan ends, you will automatically be set up on the free account with limited features unless you upgrade or renew to a paid plan. All your classes and student work will be retained and accessible on the free plan, however you will no longer be able to create classes for Challenges outside the ‘Forever-Free’ group. To prevent any interruption in experience, select the ‘auto-renew’ option in the payment settings.

Can I change plans at any time?

Our plans are flexible and are designed to suit all your needs. You can choose to change, renew or cancel your subscription at any time. Your ongoing plan will run for the remainder of its term, and changes will reflect in the next subscription term.
-Adding more classes will be reflected immediately in your plan.
-If you choose to cancel, you will be downgraded to our Free Plan with all your data intact.

When will I get billed?

Your billing cycle begins on the day you purchase the paid plan, whether monthly or annually.

I need an invoice/ receipt for record.

We’ve got you. All your past invoices are stored in the Subscription History section on your account details page.

My school wants to send a Purchase Order to Cashtivity.

If you are on the Teacher Plan, you can send the Purchase Order to We also recommend you move to the School plan.
